Luxembourg; September 9, 2025
Quintet Private Bank, headquartered in Luxembourg and operating across Europe and the UK, today announced the appointment of three highly accomplished professionals to its Board of Directors. These appointments further enhance the firm’s governance and strategic capabilities, bringing a broad range of international experience across banking, technology and investment.
The three new members of the Quintet Board are Mitchel Lenson, previously Group Chief Information Officer at Deutsche Bank; Antonio Lorenzo, former CEO of Scottish Widows and member of the Group Executive Committee at Lloyds Banking Group; and Carolina Minio-Paluello, founder and CEO of Vitruvya, a European technology platform.
Together with their fellow Board members and under the leadership of Quintet Chairman Hugo Bänziger – former member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank AG, former Partner of Lombard Odier & Cie. and former Chairman of the Board of the Eurex Group AG – the new appointees will actively contribute to advancing Quintet’s strategic vision and unlocking its full long-term potential.
“I am delighted to welcome our new Board members, each of whom brings unique perspective and deep insight into areas critical to the future of Quintet and the broader industry,” Bänziger said. “The Board and I look forward to continuing to work together – in close collaboration with the Authorized Management Committee – to further strengthen Quintet’s foundation and drive sustained growth.”
Founded 1949, Quintet is among the leading private banks serving wealthy individuals and their families as well as a broad range of institutional and professional clients, including family offices, foundations and external asset managers.
