We provide professional development opportunities for our new joiners including training and mentorship programmes. Courses cover a wide range of topics including soft skills, technical, managerial, behavioural and regulatory issues. We also offer you the opportunity to work in multiple departments and markets. This will allow you to discover and understand the wealth management industry while learning from the best in the business.
The Quintet Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational experience mixed with projects, on the job learning and international exposure from across our business and functions.
Our Internship programme immerses you in one area of our business for the duration, and provides you with ample opportunities to learn about our business and the industry.
With some structure and management support, we are looking for self-starters who can help run, change and grow our business. Key attributes will include an emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, resilience with both an agile and collaborative mindset, while being able to thrive in an environment of accelerating change and complexity.
Our constant transformation to deliver our client promise may not suit everyone. So, if you are more inclined to take a very structured approach to your early career, perhaps we are not quite ready for you! But, if you are looking for a place to grow your career where you take the lead, then you can apply for our 2024 Graduate programme via the links below. Please note, our Graduate opportunities this year are focused on our European locations, specifically Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Our Graduates start early September each year for a 24-month rotational programme.
Please note, our application window for 2024 Graduate applications will close end of business (1800hrs CET) on Friday 16th February 2024.
Our ambition is to employ a small number of Interns and Graduates each year across the UK and Europe.
Our UK Internship programme starts at the beginning of July each year for an 8-week summer internship and internships in Europe have a flexible start date for a period of 3 – 6 months. If you are applying for an internship in Europe, you will have the opportunity to tell us about your preferences on dates and length of internship on the application form.
Our UK Summer Internships & European Internships will be opening soon.

At Quintet, a pan-European bank with an entrepreneurial spirit, I have regular access to world-class experts in the field. I believe my contribution is valued and I am given responsibility to make a tangible impact on the organisation’s direction and development. Rotating through multiple markets and departments provides the perfect opportunity to acquire a holistic understanding of the wealth management industry.
The level of trust given to us as graduates is amazing. We were immediately put onto meaningful high level projects representing challenges I did not think I would have until years into my career.
Quintet has provided me with a steep learning curve that any ambitious graduate would desire, while offering an all-encompassing programme for me to grow as a person and thrive in my career.
