We continuously endeavour to create a more diverse environment where our colleagues feel included, valued and heard. After defining our DEI policy, we worked towards acting upon this by doing the following:
- Hiring and advancement of women at all stages of their careers through internal mobility, personal development, and internal career progression, where everyone feels empowered and accepted
- An equal-pay philosophy, rewarding employees equally for doing equivalent jobs at the same level of experience and performance, regardless of gender
- Attracting more women into our workforce, and into our management and Authorised Management Committee; here, we target representation of 30% of the underrepresented gender in the management body
- Partnering with a global internal women’s network, and external organisations
