Quintet Asset Servicing & FIM (Financial Intermediaries) is a fast-growing business line within the Quintet Private Bank Group and we are committed to best serve our partners and their clients. Compared to others, we might be smaller but with the ambition to remain pragmatic and agile; in other words we aim to become the “private banker” of our institutional and professional partners !
As a Social Media & Content Creation Intern, you’ll join the Group AS&FIM Business Management Team to support our function’s visibility and communications strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver a LinkedIn campaign for AS & FIM that showcases our people, culture, and expertise, in coordination with our Marketing colleagues.
In addition to your core focus, you may also support other business management initiatives, gaining exposure to different aspects of internal operations, communications, or project coordination, depending on business needs and your own interests.
You have to provide a school paper agreement to be able to qualify for the internship.
Key Accountabilities
Content Planning & Creation
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn, covering up to 12 months of posts.
- Brainstorm and draft engaging post ideas that reflect the company’s culture, team, and expertise.
Video Production
- Support the filming of employee and client testimonials/interviews.
- Edit videos into short, engaging clips for social media.
Scheduling & Publishing
- Use a social media management tool or LinkedIn’s built-in tools to schedule posts in advance.
- Ensure posts are published consistently and on time.
Engagement & Reporting
- Monitor basic post performance (likes, comments, reach).
- Summarize engagement results and suggest small optimizations.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership to gather content and support them in sharing posts from their profiles.
- Create simple guidelines to help others continue posting after the internship ends.
General Support
- Contribute to other business management projects or communications initiatives as needed, depending on priorities and your areas of interest.
Knowledge and Experience
- Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
- Some experience with content creation or social media, either through personal projects, university work, or internships.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or a basic understanding of professional social platforms.
- Bonus: Any hands-on experience with video editing, graphic design, or blog writing.

- Technical Skills Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or other beginner-friendly video and design tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Docs, Slides, etc.).
- Comfortable navigating file management, sharing content, and using templates.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Docs, Slides, etc.)
Languages Skills
- Fluency and/or working knowledge of English, French, German, Dutch and/or any other European language would be an advantage.
