Quintet Graduate & Intern Programmes

The Quintet Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational experience mixed with projects, on the job learning and international exposure from across our business and functions.

Our Internship programme immerses you in one area of our business for the duration, and provides you with ample opportunities to learn about our business and the industry.

With some structure and management support, we are looking for self-starters who can help run, change and grow our business. Key attributes will include an emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, resilience with both an agile and collaborative mindset, while being able to thrive in an environment of accelerating change and complexity.

Our constant transformation to deliver our client promise may not suit everyone.  So, if you are more inclined to take a very structured approach to your early career, perhaps we are not quite ready for you!  But, if you are looking for a place to grow your career where you take the lead, then you can apply for our 2025 Graduate programme when we open for applications next year. Details of how to apply will be available here in early 2025. Please note, our Graduate opportunities for this year are now closed.

Our Graduates start early September each year for a 24-month rotational programme.

Our ambition is to employ a small number of Graduates each year across the UK and Europe.

We have two Internship programmes at Quintet.  Our UK Internship programme starts at the beginning of July each year for an 8-week summer internship and internships in Europe have a flexible start date for a period of 3 – 6 months.  If you are applying for an internship in Europe, you will have the opportunity to tell us about your preferences on dates and length of internship on the application form.

Our 2025 UK Summer Internships & European Internships will open early next year.  Further details on how to apply will be available in early 2025.
