Purpose of the Job

As a (Dutch speaking) Junior Client Advisor you are responsible for offering an optimal and appropriate service with the aim of achieving the objectives of your clients. Investing naturally plays an important role in this, but also other services such as financial planning, estate planning and lending. You will gradually build up your own portfolio with clients within one of the teams. For (potential) clients you propose creative solutions in which you work together with (very) experienced professional colleagues in your team. For the first year, supporting the Client Advisors within the Front Office with so-called AML (Anti Money Laundering) reviews is important. In this way you will learn the relevance of creating up-to-date files and how asking prospects and asking for additional documentation / information works for clients. Activities that are evident in becoming a good Client Advisor. You will be trained in this by the Quality Assurance Team. In addition, you will be actively involved in active relationship management, with the aim of strengthening existing relationships with clients, recruiting new clients and further expanding your network. Key Accountabilities

Portfolio management:

Contributing to the realization of an optimal, adequate and appropriate investment policy based on the capital objectives, risk profiles and risk appetite indicated by the client.

Relationship management:

Strengthening InsingerGilissen's market position by means of active relationship management, in which services such as Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Shoe Box, Philanthropy and Lending are important.

Reporting and monitoring:

Monitoring the commercial relationship with clients and achieving controlled business operations.

AML review:

Supporting Client Advisors in performing (complex) AML reviews in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures.

Knowledge and Experience

HBO / WO work and thinking level with at least 2 years of experience

in a commercial, banking or financial environment.

 

Candidates with experience in the field of CDD / KYC have an advantage because we see that as a good basis for this position.

 

DSI registration and required certificates (or willing to use the

following a course / training).

 

Knowledge of general banking laws and regulations, markets

regulations and compliance procedures regarding investment

advice to clients.

 

Knowledge of order and execution process, hiring and on

giving orders for securities and for trading and investing

products and services.
