Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will work as part of the CFO team in Switzerland, actively contributing and shaping a highly versatile and challenging environment within a strong team. The role allows the successful candidate to continuously improve our regulatory reporting.

Key Accountabilities

•    Prepare timely and high quality regulatory reporting to the local supervisory bodies (incl. FINMA, SNB) and ensure fully aligned submissions to the group consolidated regulatory reporting (ECB)
•    Work closely with 1st and 2nd Line of Defence to proactively drive the monitoring and adherence to all our regulatory requirements
•    Lead the continuous optimization and automation of the regulatory reporting process in close collaboration with Accounting and the Chief Operation Officer team
•    Contribute actively in local and group projects, on regulatory reporting 
•    Advise internal stakeholder on optimization opportunities, jointly with the ALM/Treasury team

Knowledge and Experience

•    Minimum of 5 years in finance roles within the banking industry, experience in wealth management is an advantage
•    Strong, applied knowledge in regulatory reporting environment in Switzerland, deep knowledge of ECB regulation is a strong advantage
•    Very solid experience with regulatory reporting tools (FIRE, WKFS), knowledge in core banking systems (Apsys) is an advantage

Technical Skills

Very strong knowledge in Excel, further industry specific applications (FIRE, Apsys) are a benefit

Languages Skills

Fluent in English, German is an advantage
