To provide comprehensive ad-hoc PA support 4 days a week to the Group Head of Wealth Planning, Head of Private Banking and Head of London/International.
- Daily Diary Management, expenses collating and arrangement of travel for Group Head of Wealth Planning, Head of Private Banking and Head of London/International and some direct reports on an ad-hoc basis. Responsibility of logging all absence for the Front Office team in London.
- Assistance with the preparation and organisation of meetings and client pitches, in-house and externally and papers which will include content and configuration within PowerPoint.
- The point of contact for day to day issues – office moves – collating, floor support – printers, assist facilities with any day to day issues that arise.
- Ensure that individuals reporting to Executive Directors complete requested work and/or actions in a timely manner.
- Assisting Directors with key strategic projects and being a point of contact for some clients
- Screening telephone calls and taking accurate, detailed messages. Acting promptly to any client queries and/or issues that may arise in the absence of the senior team.
- Act as a point of contact for all London office events which includes; the running of all internal meetings – booking rooms, managing menus, ordering of wine and refreshments, and helping to arrange both the Summer and Christmas London parties.
Previous experience as a PA to senior management. Banking industry desirable.
Strong organisational, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.
Keen to develop own professional expertise through on the job training, formal training and, where appropriate, professional qualifications.
Happy to carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.
