Key Accountabilities


1. Support Front Desk during prospecting and client onboarding phase


2. Provide guidance & support to Front Office for complex client cases in an advisory role


3. Ensure that all onboarding files comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies


4. Perform checks on KYC and SoW information / documentation of a client and make sure, story / corroboration are accurate and complete


5. Verify completeness and correctness of each onboarding / account opening file


6. Prepare / organize the account opening committee and minutes


7. Continuously innovate the current account opening process for AS & FIM business

Knowledge and Experience


• Preinvolvement in client onboarding and document management


• Strong Compliance skills (AML/KYC) as well as business understanding


• Understanding of corporate complex structures


• Deep knowledge within the Fund Business
