Purpose of the Job


As Human Resource Analyst Officer, you will work as part of a small team in the broader HR Function and will collect, compile, and analyse HR data, metrics and statistics to make informed decisions.  This is an integral and important role for our team, with the ability to apply data to make recommendations to support decision making for both HR function and the senior leadership teams (i.e. Authorised Management Committee (AMC), Group Exco, Local Exco) especially when dealing with business topics and/or strategic projects (M&A).

 

Key Accountabilities


• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and other sources.


• Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to agreed KRI and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) within our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business.


• Prepares data reports presents and explains findings to senior business leaders


• Identifies and recommend reasonable short and long-term actions based on findings across KPI’s.


• Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations to our Centre of Excellence (CoEs) within the HR Function, and support to the business (e.g. strategic projects, M&A, etc)


• Perform other ad hoc tasks, or work on other specific projects as required

Knowledge and Experience


- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required.


- At least 3-5 years of proven, relevant experience working in Human Resources and/or Finance function

Technical Skills


- Good understanding of applicable regulation related to Human Resources activities


- Knowledge of Financial methodology


- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or related software

Languages Skills


- Fluent in English. French and German would be an advantage
