With the business development strategy as foundation and in close collaboration with the marketing department, the Business Development Officer proposes and implements concrete prospecting actions, such as: setting up campaign plans, choosing digital tools and channels, setting up automation flows, campaign landing pages, etc.
Together with the marketing team, he/she manages content calendars for lead generation, distributing and maintaining the company's content.
He/She monitors online campaigns and optimises online channels for the campaigns based upon data and results, always aiming at increasing the number of leads generated.
He/She provides the necessary input to check, evaluate and adjust the effectiveness of campaigns and sets up dashboards to monitor and measure the actions and budget invested.
The Business Development Officer drives the transversal collaboration needed to guide leads through the BusDev funnel, teaming up with Marketing (local & group), Sales Management and by actively engaging with client advisors.
