Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will support the newly appointed Cross-Border Business Manager in establishing solid data flows, updates on cross-border business activity and solidify related processes. This directly support the front cross-border execution of our strategy: support front efforts in bolstering cross-border collaboration for our target markets, manage the transition for passive markets and ensure coordination with other functions on cross-border topics. This is an exciting position that offers a rewarding balance of high visibility to Senior Management and on-the-ground business engagement.

Key Accountabilities

Data flows
•    Set-up periodical data flow on cross-border business activity
•    Set-up cross-border business activity reports
•    Ensure frequent updates on group-wide exposure by clients’ country of residency
•    Work closely with BI and MIS teams to establish more efficient data flows

Cross-border processes
•    Support taking the passive market review from analysis into implementation phase by establishing periodical updates and information upstreaming on progress
•    Work closely with all colleagues involved in cross-border review, especially the Q-LUX team
•    Establish database and process to track implementation of decisions taken, and conditions of exceptions granted

Internal collaboration
•    Work with colleagues of various departments: BRM, Compliance, GPS, Risk, etc.
•    Provide front inputs as require for regulatory requirements and updates to regulators (CSSF, JST, others)

Knowledge and Experience

5+ years work experience

Business analyst profile/experience is a clear plus but not a must

Proven and relevant experience within a wealth management or private banking role within financial services industry.

Cross-border experience is a clear plus but not a must

Knowledge of the Quintet environment is a plus but not a must

Technical Skills

Manage advanced usage of MS Office solutions, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Experience creating and managing databases is a plus

Experience setting-up workflows is a plus

Languages Skills

English (fluent / advanced)

Fluency and/or working knowledge of French and/or German would be an advantage
