a) Review and deliver monthly financial results and KPIs, identifying areas needing action and making ongoing improvements.
b) Creation of KPI board packs, delivering strong financial analysis to challenge performance to drive growth and profitability, and to achieve budgets.
c) Drive change and improvement in the process flow between stakeholders and the finance team.
d) Manage, coach a team of finance professionals and regularly interact with senior stakeholders across the group.
e) Manage preparation of presentations to Executive Management, Board, and Investors including content creation, clear and concise presentation, timely delivery and accuracy of all management reports.
f) Identify areas of opportunity for revenue generation or cost savings; develop business cases for company initiatives.
g) Along with the Finance management team and the Finance Business Partners, manage the budget process and all subsequent forecasts, driving more cost accountability with budget owners viewing their actual spending versus budget by cost element.
h) Perform Ad-hoc analysis (e.g., business plans, assessing the viability of strategic initiatives, etc.)
