Purpose of the Job

After a successful first phase implementation of our new development plan on the French Market, we are taking the next steps in our expansion plans. For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced Client Advisor Assistant to support our team in Luxembourg. The Client Advisor Assistant is an important part of a highly qualified, diverse Private Banking team, working closely with our Client Advisors in Wealth Management to deliver outstanding service to our clients. She/he is responsible for receiving, verifying and executing client transactions as well as ongoing support and follow up in relation to credit transactions. Additionally, amongst her/his responsibilities coordinating, completing and following up client account opening and ongoing client due diligence reviews. The role is focused on building effective relationships both internally as part of a team and externally to our UHNWI clients. The function requires sufficient experience and seniority in order to proactively be involved in Wealth management initiatives. The right candidate will be based in Luxembourg. 

Key Accountabilities


  • Onboarding clients: completing checklists and gathering KYC information; entering it on system     
  • Improving existing processes                                     
  • Front facing, direct communication with client                        
  • Able to deal with sophisticated clients and understanding client needs            
  • Transaction input & Follow up                                     
  • Dealing effectively with client enquiries, creating strong client experiences         
  • Credit transactions                                        
  • Ability to adapt in fast paced and changing environment                    
  • Work as part of a fully functional private banking team/Supportive and strong team player

Knowledge and Experience


  • Strong financial knowledge with working knowledge of investment products, rules and regulations, Compliance (Mifid, KYC, KYT, AML)
  • +5 years’ experience in similar role as Client Advisor Assistant or Client Advisor.

  • French and English (fluent / advanced)
