Develop and execute the event strategy and the annual events plan/calendar. Execution of the annual events plan & calendar, including planning, organizing, budgeting, activation of communities and coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
Sponsorship and Partnerships
Develop and execute sponsorship strategy. Develop, plan, organize, budget and manage sponsor and partnership policy. Including managing events and activation linked to sponsorships and partnerships.
Client & Guest Experience
Develop and execute clear brand experience, in particular guest experience, and achieve short and long term objectives. Develop and execute brand positioning and campaign approach, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the brand promise in close collaboration with the head of M&C and other M&C colleagues within InsingerGilissen and Quintet. Specific focus on: visual communication (potential) clients, e.g. managing design and production of videos, webinars and physical events. Also client experience at the offices, e.g. monitoring guest relations governance, office experience and client gifts..
