Purpose of the Job


  • Creating an optimal brand experience with customers, prospects and the potential target group through (online) events, sponsoring, partnerships, guest experience, communities, brand content, and promotional gifts. 
  • Responsible for events and sponsorships/partnerships.
  • In close cooperation with Head of Marketing responsible for brand experience including management of internal and external stakeholders
  • Sparring partner of the head of Marketing & Communication, among other things for realizing an unambiguous brand experience based on a clear brand (activation) strategy.
  • Active involvement for and initiator of Quintet activities in the field of events and Brand experience.

Key Accountabilities


Event strategy and management
Develop and execute the event strategy and the annual events plan/calendar. Execution of the annual events plan & calendar, including planning, organizing, budgeting, activation of communities and coordination with the relevant stakeholders.

Sponsorship and Partnerships
Develop and execute sponsorship strategy. Develop, plan, organize, budget and manage sponsor and partnership policy. Including managing events and activation linked to sponsorships and partnerships.

Client & Guest Experience
Develop and execute clear brand experience, in particular guest experience, and achieve short and long term objectives. Develop and execute brand positioning and campaign approach, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the brand promise in close collaboration with the head of M&C and other M&C colleagues within InsingerGilissen and Quintet. Specific focus on: visual communication (potential) clients, e.g. managing design and production of videos, webinars and physical events. Also client experience at the offices, e.g. monitoring guest relations governance, office experience and client gifts..

Internal events
Generate unambiguous and high-quality engagement through producing internal events and webinars


Knowledge and Experience


  • Higher professional education / Academic work and thinking level
  • Minimum 10 years experience in event management / hospitality and AV production
  • Demonstrable affinity with the target group, organizational skills and organizational sensitivity

  • Communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills: Ability to follow up on and create the company’s brand and event strategy
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business and functions.
  • Market knowledge: Expertise and knowledge of brand and event management on both a tactical as a strategic level

Technical Skills


Technical excellence in event management / hospitality / audiovisual production (training)

Languages Skills


Fluent/native in Dutch, Good level in English is a plus
