We are looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) for our Luxembourg FIM Desk. 

The successful candidate will work as part of the Client Account Manager Team based in Luxembourg and will be responsible to manage, maintain, secure and develop FIM relations by ensuring our best services in line with client expectations.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Responsible of the FIM relation and the onboarding of all the accounts opened and managed by the FIM 
  • Ensure regular contacts and quality review of service with the FIM in collaboration with Business Development team 
  • Manage and coordinate any service setup for the client and coordinate with Quintet entities. 
  • Responsible of any legal and regulatory obligation in relation with client account and activity 
  • Identify cross selling opportunities and manage the setup and pricing in collaboration with Business Development team 
  • Ability to identify and escalate matters if and when needed 
  • Develop legal, regulatory and operational knowledge and keep abreast of any Industry initiatives 
     

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Min BAC+3 in economics/finance or minimum 10 years of experience within the Bank industry 
  • Regulatory and Legal knowledge in relation with FIM business (AML, KYX, KYT, …) 
  • Experience in managing FIM relations and FIM end client accounts opening

Technical Skills

 

  • Regulatory and Legal knowledge (MIFID, EMIR, AML/KYC, KYT, …) 
  • Good knowledge of banking services, operational processes and financial products  
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite 

Languages Skills

 

  • Good command of English and French in writing and speaking 
  • Any other language is an asset (Spanish, Italian, …)
