Purpose of the Job

The Digital Marketing Executive supports the wider marketing team with a specific focus on supporting digital marketing activity through channels that help promote the bank, its services, products and people. This role includes supporting Brown Shipley’s digital channels including the website, social media channels, email, webinars and creative content development.

Key Accountabilities

o Maintains and manages website updates (using Kentico CMS), including blogs, daily rates, page updates, document uploads, monthly Fund factsheets updates, updates to staff photos and biographies.
o Working with our digital agency ensures website content is SEO optimised, to maximise lead generation. 
o Continued support of the My Brown Shipley App and further rollout of any enhancements of training.
o Maintain and manage all social media channels supporting content development to optimise engagement and maximise conversion opportunities using both Paid and Organic Social Media covering LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram.
o Support the development of a UK Content Calendar to ensure local content and messages are maximised across digital and social channels.
o Working with the wider marketing team and external agencies to provide client webinars where required.
o Supports email marketing and campaign set up with knowledge of different email tools/automated CRM systems (Hubspot) to send out emails, such as template development, surveys, trigger mailings and newsletters.
o Maintain and manage client mailing lists within our email/automated mailing tools, and to support the system changeover from Spotler to Hubspot.
o Creation of new and existing client collateral including blogs, webpages, social posts, emails, brochureware, factsheets, invites and advertisements.
o Work with external agencies to support the development or digital campaign assets including, video, animation and static advertisement.
o Ongoing management of the KPI dashboards monitoring campaign performance across Brown Shipley’s website, email, social media, paid media channels via Google Analytics.
o Support all digital lead tracking via info@brownshipley.com including daily monitoring and maintenance of website inbox.
o Ensure all marketing content complies with regulatory requirements and follows internal Financial Promotion logging processes.

Knowledge and Experience

Proven experience in website CMS tools (Kentico preferable but not essential)
Proven experience in developing social media and other digital campaigns.
Proven experience in email tools (Hubspot preferable but not essential)
Proficient in the use of design tools such as Adbobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Good understanding of digital metrics (Google Analytics user -or equivalent- is a plus)
Proven experience of using Hootsuite.

Technical Skills

Experience with marketing automation and digital analytics tools.
Experience with content management systems, coding desired
Experience with webinar tools such as WebinarGeek

Languages Skills

Fluent in English, any additional European language advantageous
