Purpose of the Job


The successful candidate will work as part of the Client Administration team (13 persons) taking care of the client’s onboarding (clients/account openings), Brussels based.
As part of the Client Administration Team, a dedicated Onboarding team, composed of 4 persons, is managing the Onboarding process in coordination with Clients Relationship Management Team and Compliance ensuring adequate documentation and data quality.

Key Accountabilities


•    Manage all onboarding activities within a client onboarding process, for physical persons or companies for both our Private Banking and External Asset Management businesses,
•    Handling and ensuring correct documentation (exhaustiveness, data quality and coherence) at account opening;
•    Acting as a technical and knowledge point of contact for the Client Advisors/CRMs and their assistants;

Knowledge and Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree
•    2 years of experience in (private) banking industry or in an administrative/control environment
•    Knowledge on AML/KYC requirements (nice to have)
•    General know how on banking products

•    Excellent multitasking/organisation skills;
•    Ability to identify and escalate matters as and when required;

Technical Skills


•    Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite

Languages Skills


•    Fluent in French or Dutch (+ at least passive knowledge of the other language)
