Purpose of the Job

 

As Business Development Relationship Partner you will be a part of Business Development department which is responsible for developing the business development strategy of Puilaetco and initiates/drives business development activities, together with the Client Advisors team. 

 
The Business Development Relationship Partner is a key team member with essential business, analytical and technology knowledge. (S)he creates, together with the Head of Business Development, a clear long-term strategy to generate business value for Puilaetco in the market of (U)HWI prospects and liquidity events to develop private banking assets for the Bank by leveraging upon a network of partners. 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Identify business opportunities and build relationships with key decision makers within potential partners (i.e M&A boutiques, (Tax)Layers, Consulting Firms (eg Big 4), notary, Private Equity Companies,…);  
  • Identify partner’s strategic priorities and interests; 
  • Contributes to the development of value propositions and service offerings for intermediaries and end clients in the target groups 
  • Coordinate business development partnerships efforts; 
  • Perform on the current/new Partners directly or with Client Advisors; 
  • Support Client Advisors by identifying and converting client leads through Partnerships; 
  • Liaise and interact with front teams and front support teams; 
  • Take part to communication plans for enhanced visibility and influence with targeted audiences. 

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Experience and skills in driving an organization for growth, from a perspective of processes in terms of marketing, sales and product, as well as from a people perspective; 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience; 
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role; 
  • Experiences in luxury services or financial services industry are an asset.
