To provide administration support in respect of client affairs including but not limited to processing of new business, meeting preparation, information gathering, maintenance of iO, preparation of application forms and paperwork.
To maintain client files and records on iO through standing data amendments including new client set-up and deletion.
Answering client calls and queries professionally.
Preparation of meeting packs ahead of client meetings
As required client contact, arrangement of meetings, annual reviews and similar activities.
To manage the annual review process on iO in conjunction with the Advisor and Paraplanner.
As required, to liaise with the operations and administration teams across the wider business.
To reflect and adhere to culture of compliance in all relevant tasks and throughout the company
Develop own professional expertise through on the job training, formal training and, where appropriate, professional qualifications
