Purpose of the Job


As Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the definition, coordination and execution of Marketing plans, initiatives & approaches for the local market. 

The marketing plans are developed on market-level and based on both group-wide priorities from the Quintet Marketing strategy and complementary local business needs. 

The Marketing Manager supports corporate BAU / project-related activities where Marketing has an involvement, is part of bringing to life Marketing plans/initiatives/approaches locally. She/he works daily with the local Head of Marketing, engages closely with the wider Marketing team group-wide, and interacts often with the front office and client advisors, and manages relationships with other functions as required (compliance, CIO & GPS, etc.)

  • Generate business impact from events organized
  • Raises brand awareness / preference / reputation
  • Generates marketing qualified leads
  • Improves customer experience, satisfaction & NPS    
  • Supports optimization of marketing infrastructure & processes
  • Grows the profile of the marketing team (accountability, professionalization, image/impact v-a-v rest of organization)
  • Is compliant and adheres to risk management policies
  • Is appreciated by other colleagues and acts as one team (partnership values)


Day-to-day activities

  • Supporting the improvement of customer experience and the establishment of effective and engaging marketing and client communication for the local market.
  • Implementing of a coherent and effective Marketing strategy for the local market, in line with the Quintet Group Marketing strategy.
  • Supporting the function’s transformation into a strategic competence centre for growth and client intelligence, increasing the number of marketing qualified leads.
  • Increasing awareness of the Quintet brand in the local market and the introduction of a single brand across the group, while safeguarding the firm’s commercial and reputational interests. 

Knowledge and Experience


  • 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant field
  • Change management experience: ability working in a transformation environment open to change; self-starter, resilient, flexible, growth mind set. Strong on delivery, result-oriented, hands-on skills. 
  • Digital expert: Affinity with digital marketing.
  • Events organization experience

Attributes and Qualities


Communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills: Ability to follow up on the company’s marketing strategy, both internally and external-ly. Ability to build strong relationships across the business and func-tions.

Strategic & creative: A solid Marketing professional with both a strate-gic and tactical mind set who can work closely with the Marketing management team, other Marketing team members and relevant stakeholders on market level to drive a successful marketing and com-munications strategies and initiatives for the firm, specifically for the local market

Technical Skills


Demonstrable ability to execute a B2C and B2B marketing campaign, and delivery of branding and communications strategy in the local market.

Languages Skills


  • Fluent in French or Dutch
  • Good level in English
