Purpose of the Job

Key Accountabilities

Build the bridge from Quintet’s Chief Investment Office to marketing and the front office teams for CIO communications relating to our investment views for our advisors and clients, to be used in all Quintet markets:
• Manage CIO communications (continuous improvement initiatives, end-to-end content production framework, content generation, etc.)
• Build efficient and fluid processes that deliver relevant, timely and consistent communications
• Write client communication that is relevant, transparent, and easy to understand by various audiences.  
• Cross-disciplinary role requiring strategic thinking and creative project management 
• Coordination requiring senior experience and skills to drive projects and engage senior, high educated experts
• Analyze data and business needs (provided by marketing) 
• Challenge accepted views and motivate change
• Ensure compliance policy implementation (in collaboration with Group Compliance department)
• Ensure that group content production efforts translate into client-ready material usable on various markets Quintet is active in 

Knowledge and Experience

• Master in finance and economics
• Senior experience in writing and editorial skills in Investment communications (experience in other types of banking communications is a plus)
• Experience in taking the lead and ownership in driving client communication preparation
• Senior experience and skills within Financial Services and the Wealth Management industry, Product Management or Project Management
• Banking product knowledge and marketing know-how
• Proven and relevant experience in managing/driving projects across different locations, being involved in multi-disciplinary teams/ stakeholders and third party partners

Strong and clear communication, to-the-point statements both verbally and in writing 
Self-confident, focused, proactive, prioritize and able to work under pressure
Able to work independently and solve problems 

Technical Skills

MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, EXCEL, WORD)
Publication software
Senior skills in communication process for writing and editing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination and implementation skills 
Understanding of financial markets, the Wealth Management business, products and services, clients and challenges

Languages Skills

Fluent (written and spoken) in English and preferable two other languages (French, German or Dutch)
