Purpose of the Job

Brown Shipley are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/PA to join and support the Head of Private Banking, based in London. 

Key Accountabilities

To provide comprehensive ad-hoc PA support to the relevant stakeholders.
Daily Diary Management, expenses collating and arrangement of extensive travel for stakeholders. Assistance with the preparation and organisation of meetings and client pitches, in-house and externally and papers which will include content and configuration within PowerPoint.The point of contact for day to day issues – office moves – collating, floor support – printers, assist facilities with any day to day issues that arise.
Assist in the coordination of work related requests/actions for the wider team.
Assisting collegues with key strategic projects and being a point of contact for some clients
Screening telephone calls and taking accurate, detailed messages. Acting promptly to any client queries and/or issues that may arise in the absence of the senior team.Acting as secretary to ALCO and other committees as required, preparing minutes and co-ordinating papers and actions;
Assisting the CFO with duties relating to the Group Employees function;
Co-ordinating the completion of the annual CSSF returnAct as a point of contact for all office events which includes; the running of all internal meetings – booking rooms, managing menus, ordering of wine and refreshments, and helping to arrange wider company events as required.
Develop own professional expertise through on the job training, formal training and, where appropriate, professional qualifications.

Knowledge and Experience

Experience of operating in a PA support role, supporting a variety of stakeholders
Experience of managing conflicting priorities
Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry would be advantageous

Technical Skills

Highly computer literate, strong word, excel, outlook and powerpoint skills.
Useful to have knowledge of HTML, CMS for the website.

Languages Skills

Strong English language, both written and spoken. 
Knowledge of French would be desirable
