Purpose of the Job

The (Senior) Marketing Manager (co)defines, coordinates and executes Marketing plans/initiatives/approaches for the local market, developed on market-level or on Group level – based on the Quintet Marketing strategy and the local business needs. The (Senior) Marketing Manager supports corporate BAU / project-related activities where Marketing has an involvement, is part of bringing to life of Marketing plans/initiatives/approaches on Group level – based on the Quintet Marketing strategy and acts as a right hand to the Country Manager, Group Head of Marketing, closely works with the wider Marketing team, at group and local levels.

Key Accountabilities

KPI areas (generic)

  • Raises brand awareness / preference / reputation. 
  • Generates marketing qualified leads.
  • Improves customer experience, satisfaction & NPS.
  • Optimizes marketing infrastructure & processes. 
  • Grows the team (accountability, professionalization, image/impact v-a-v rest of organization).
  • Generic:
    • Is compliant and adheres to risk management policies.

Day-to-day activities

  • Marketing execution:
    • Supports the improvement of customer experience and the establishment of effective and engag-ing marketing and client communication for the local market.
    • Supports the implementation of a coherent and effective Marketing strategy for the local market, in line with the Quintet Group Marketing strategy.
    • Supports the function’s transformation into a strategic competence centre for growth and client intelligence, increasing the number of marketing qualified leads.
    • Supports increasing awareness of the Quintet brand in the local market and the introduction of a single brand across the group, while safeguarding the firm’s commercial and reputational interests. 

Knowledge and Experience

  • To 5+ to 10+ years’ experience in relevant field
  • Change management experience: ability working in a transformation environment open to change; self-starter, resilient, flexible, growth mind set. Strong on delivery, result-oriented, hands-on skills. 
  • Digital expert: Affinity with digital marketing.

Attributes and Qualities

  • Communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills: Ability to follow up on the company’s marketing strategy, both internally and externally. Ability to build strong relationships across the business and functions.
  • Strategic & creative: A solid Marketing professional with both a strategic and tactical mind set who can work closely with the Marketing manage-ment team, other Marketing team members and relevant stakeholders on market level to drive a successful marketing and communications strategies and initiatives for the firm, specifically for the local market.

Technical Skills

  • Technical excellence: Demonstrable ability to execute a B2C and B2B marketing, branding and communications strategy in the local market.

Languages Skills

  • Fluent in German, and advanced in English.
