Client Service Manager

Purpose of the Job

Puilaetco a Quintet Private Bank is looking for talented and passionate FIM & AS Client Service Managers. Would that be you?

You will become a part of the FIM & AS Client Service Management team in Brussels and focus on providing operational and procedural excellence to our professional clients.

FIM & AS is a separate business line within Quintet and services professional counterparties (Financial Intermediaries) and Asset Managers.

As FIM & AS Client Service Manager you are responsible for:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients by being a trusted partner for the daily business in addition to the CAM (Client Account Manager) and BD (Business Development)
• Being a point of contact for the client’s operational requests and general enquiries
• Working closely together with BD and CAM to identify additional client needs and finding the nest solutions
• Supporting account opening process and delivering excellent client experience
• Proactively flagging the potential risks that have been identified and supporting CAM on the periodic Due Diligence
   

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar as an advantage
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in the Financial Industry and preferably in private banking, insurance, or client services
• Proven professional experience in a similar environment
• You are client oriented, strong communicator and good listener
• You know how to build effective and trustworthy relationships
• You are well organized and detail oriented

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office

Languages Skills

• Fluent in Dutch and French required 
• Good knowledge of English
