Purpose of the Job


As Business Development Analyst you will be a  part of Business Development department which is responsible for developing the business development strategy of Puilaetco and initiates/drives business development activities, together with the Client Advisors team.
The Business Development Analyst reports directly to the Head of Business Development which itself is a part of the Market Business Growth & Transformation Department. 
The Business Development Analyst is a key BD team member with essential business, analytical and technology knowledge. The BDA creates, together with the Head of BD, a clear long-term analytics strategy to generate business value for Puilaetco in the market of HWI prospects, liquidity events & create a response management in the follow-up of RFPs in order to develop private banking assets for the Bank. 

Key Accountabilities


  • Development and further expansion of the different lead generation channels (online and offline), in close cooperation with the private banking teams and other departments such as marketing.
  • Identify new business opportunities supported by advanced data and analytics technologies. 
  • Develop a commercial data and analytics strategy for Quintet Private Banking that will help us to grow in terms of data-driven maturity. 
  • Be able to communicate and collaborate with technical profiles such as data scientists and data engineers within Quintet Private banking.
  • Cultivate big data projects among stakeholders. 
  • And go beyond from exploration to exploitation, i.e. making the data-driven analytical work by: 
    • Collecting and integrating multiple data sources 
    • Integrating big data technology with existing data infrastructure 
    • Leveraging high-velocity data 
    • Demonstrating the value of data governance.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring of lead generation activities, ensuring the conversion of leads in specific target groups. 
  • Help to support intermediaries directly, establishing an analytical supportive working relationships with the right intermediaries to serve their end clients, who also belong to Puilaetco’s target groups
  • Contributes to the development of value propositions and service offerings for intermediaries and end clients in the target groups

Knowledge and Experience


  • Experience and skills in driving an organization for growth, from a perspective of processes in terms of marketing, sales and product, as well as from a people perspective
  • Master degree or equivalent by experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experiences in luxury services or financial services industry are an asset
  • Shown expertise in business development techniques and lead generation activities
