Purpose of the Job

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of Quintet’s products to customers, including investment, planning and lending services. Leading the responsibility of linking the Marketing team to the Chief Investment Office, this is a senior role which will require strategic definition of a communications and distribution landscape.

Key Accountabilities

- Creating and managing the framework under which the Investment (and other) content of Quintet Private Bank is designed, distributed, measured and optimized. Across all channels.
- Create compelling narratives that help clients understand and engage with Quintet’s products and services.
- Develop creative sales and aftersales collateral that sets products and services apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
- Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
- Agree timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with the Group Offering team.
- Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.
- Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences.

Knowledge and Experience

Product knowledge: excellent knowledge of investment and wealth management products / services. Ideally three plus years’ experience within a banking or wealth management role.
Communication: first-rate communicator, able to clearly and simply share complex ideas and concepts in an engaging way.
Approach: self-starter, resilient, flexible, growth mind set. Strong on delivery, result-oriented, hands-on skills.
Teamwork: Confident and comfortable working with a team across all levels and across offices throughout the Quintet network of affiliates.

Attributes and Qualities

Communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively deliver on the company’s marketing strategy, both internally and externally. Ability to build strong relationships across the business and functions including interactions with senior management.
Strategic & creative: A strategic and tactical mind set who can work closely with the Marketing team and relevant stakeholders to drive a successful marketing and communications strategies and initiatives for the firm, across the group.

Technical Skills

Technical excellence: Demonstrable ability to execute offering (content) marketing, branding and communications strategy across the group.

Languages Skills

Fluent in English. Additional languages desirable
