Purpose of the Job


The successful candidate will work as part of the Client Service Management team taking care of fund clients. The team is proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients and supporting the Client Relationship Manager in the day to day activities.

Key Accountabilities


•    Assisting in and coordinating the incorporation of regulated and unregu-lated alternative investment funds (typically SIFs or RAIFs), opening bank accounts, etc.;
•    Handling day-to-day activities of the funds and ensuring that tasks are cleared on a timely basis;
•    Oversee clients transactions, circulate and track documentation;
•    Acting as technical and knowledge point of contact for the CRMs and the clients

Knowledge and Experience


•    Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in fund industry 
•    General know how on banking products, ideally knowledge of alternative invest-ment funds and alternative asset classes (i.e. real estate, private equity);
•    Sound knowledge of Luxembourg compa-ny law, AIFMD, SIF / RAIF laws and relat-ed regulations;
•    Knowledge on AML/KYC requirements

•    Ability to identify and escalate matters as and when required;
•    A team player with excellent oral and writ-ten communication skills;

Technical Skills


  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite;

Languages Skills


  • Good command of English in writing and speaking; Any other language is an asset but not necessary.
