Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will work as a senior member of the Company Compliance function, supporting the Head of Compliance and the Compliance team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting the Head of Compliance in the provision of effective, high-quality services of Responsible for the Control (“RC”) on Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (“AML-CTF”) to the collective investment funds under management of the Company and the Company itself;
  • Ensuring that the constantly evolving Compliance control framework (“Compliance Monitoring Plan”) be timely implemented and its results reported to senior management, the board of Directors and Group Compliance in close cooperation with the Company Head of Compliance and the Compliance team;
  • Ensuring that the CMP continues to comply with regulatory expectations and emerging risks in close cooperation with the Company Head of Compliance and the Compliance team;
  • Drafting and revising the Company policies and procedures, 
  • Supporting the Head of Compliance in evaluating the Company business activities to assess compliance risks;
  • Ensuring and controlling the implementation of the Company and the Group policies, procedures and processes in close cooperation with the Company Head of Compliance, the Compliance team as well as the Group Compliance teams;
  • Engaging with key stakeholders as well as with external stakeholders as the Company second level of defense;
  • Supporting the Head of Compliance in the timely management of the supervisory authorities’ requests;
  • Contributing to the AML-CTF training of the Company employees.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Master in Law or Business; Compliance professional certification is a plus;
  • Eight (8) ten (10) years of experience in Legal, Compliance and/or Audit in Luxemburg;
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment and control framework of the regulated and not regulated Collective Investment Funds, Management Company, Alternative Investment Fund Managers (“AIFM”) sectors;
  • Knowledge and capacity to act in an international group with exposure to several cultures.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word;

Languages Skills

  • Fluent in English and French; written and spoken; 
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
