The successful candidate will work as part of the Client Service Management team taking care of External Asset manager. The team is proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of External Asset Manager and supporting the Client Relationship Manager in the day to day activities.
Assisting in and coordinating the onboarding of External Asset Manager and their end clients
Handling day-to-day activities and ensuring that tasks are cleared on a timely basis;
Oversee transactions, circulate and track documentation;
Acting as technical and knowledge point of contact for the CRMs and the External Asset Managers
Knowledge and Experience
Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience with External Asset Managers or in Private Banking
General know how on banking products, ideally first experience with the triparty setup with External Asset Managers
Knowledge on AML/KYC requirements
Attributes and Qualities
Ability to identify and escalate matters as and when required;
A team player with excellent oral and written communication skills;
Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
Good command of English in writing and speaking; Any other language is an asset but not necessary.
